McManus International specializes in providing participants with practical tools that they can apply immediately during their next meeting or presentation. Sessions are a blend of discussion, interactive exercises, and mini-lectures.

Format: MS Teams for groups of 10+

Through our 1:1 Executive Coaching services, we help you and your employees become more aware of your behaviours, and teach you new communication strategies in a safe environment. The key areas we coach in are: virtual communication, mindset, earnings call rehearsals, town halls, board meeting preparation, and preparing for high stakes presentations.

Format: Virtual bi-weekly sessions for 7-8 months to allow for practise, and reflection.

Preparing you for important events like town halls, AGMs, earnings calls, off-sites, and panels. Discussion will include: effective preparation, audience analysis, body language and stage tips, effective use of your voice. Rehearsal with feedback is main component.
