Format: MS Teams for groups of 10+

Through our 1:1 Executive Coaching services, we help you and your employees become more aware of your behaviours, and teach you new communication strategies in a safe environment. The key areas we coach in are: virtual communication, mindset, earnings call rehearsals, town halls, board meeting preparation, and preparing for high stakes presentations.

Format: 1:1 coaching programs are primarily delivered virtually via MS Teams. Packages of hours over a sustained period lead to greater behaviour change.

Preparing you for important events like town halls, AGMs, earnings calls, off-sites, and panels. Discussion will include: effective preparation, audience analysis, body language and stage tips, effective use of your voice. Rehearsal with feedback is main component.
